Job Description

Scope of responsibilities includes:

  • Organizing and maintenance of files and records
  • Receiving incoming and sends outgoing documents/parcels/package s
  • Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises
  • Performing general clerical duties (such as faxing, photocopying, encoding, etc.) and personal administrative support as requested



  • Candidates must hold Bachelor’s degree in BA Management / Marketing or any related field
  • Should have at least 1 year experience in administrative functions preferably HR and Accounting department
  • Must be computer literate and must possess good communication skills
  • Must look presentable and willing to multi-task
