Credit And Collection Supervisor/CI Officer

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervises and train Account Officers under his charge and ensure that they are performing their functions as per their position
Accountable for overseeing the credit evaluation process, conducting periodic credit reviews and enforcing the Company’s credit policy
Regularly review the status of delinquent accounts/ conduct a regular visit on problem accounts and take/recommend efficient legal actions
Involve in the collection of delinquent accounts and the communication of credit related issues to senior management
Conduct visit’s to check field collectors work – own motorbike required
Responds to telephone inquiries and assists in solving questions related to the status of customer accounts; documents status of collection efforts

Customer Value Added Function:

Conceptualize, develop and implement new product enhancement geared towards:

Improving the company’s services and attractiveness to existing clientele
Improving client loyalty and retention
Attends to and provide post sales services to walk-in clients
Receive and evaluate documents, accept payments and issue O.R.


Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
With two (2) to three (3) years or relevant experience in Field Collections and People Handling, are required
Required: Owns/Drives a motorcycle, People Management, Computer Literate, Has basic Knowledge in MS Office Tools
Have a Good to Excellent Communications Skills
Have the ability to Multi-task and Adapt to any situation
Should have drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve)
Have integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
